I'm back from a couple weeks of much needed holidays and am thrilled to have been able to scrapbook while I was away. I finished a ton of layouts thanks to the Scraptastic Birthday Challenge held at the beginning of August. I was even a winner for one of the games which is great news to come home to.
Here are the layouts I completed:
Challenge 1: I used an old Cocoa Daisy kit for this one.
Challenge 2: Another old Cocoa Daisy kit. (I already used up the majority of my first Scraptastic Kit, so am working on getting through some older kits)
Challenge 3: Oh - how I love the new Shimelle line!
Challenge 4: Another LO using the new Shimelle line.
Challenge 6: This was completed with scraps from the Scraptastic Summer Nights kit.
Challenge 7: Another old Cocoa Daisy kit. I scrap-lifted this from a LO I had printed; but because it's a couple years old; I can't recall where I found it. Sorry!
Challenge 8: Another LO using the Shimelle line. Think I'll be buying a second round of the paper as soon as my LSS gets it in :-)
Challenge 9: The papers and word stickers for this came from my stash - it's by Glitz Designs. Plus some Studio Calico and Two Peas embellishments. The "RAD" alphas are by Fancy Pants.
These types of challenges always provide great inspiration to get me scrapping and the chance to win prizes is super fun. Nothing like a deadline to make things happen :-)
Thanks for stopping by to take a look. Hope you had a fantastic weekend! My next project will probably be a mini book that I plan to make for my cousin who I just had a great visit with. Going to try to get as much scrapbooking done as I can before the September chaos begins.
